All online orders are processed on Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday and shipped the following working day, depending on the volume of orders we aim to dispatch all orders out within 1 to 7 days of receiving your order information.
Delivery time may vary and depends on the order volume and whether we have all items in stock at the time we receive your order, otherwise you’ll be notified by email. Once your package has been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm your tracking number.

NATIONAL SHIPPING
Christelle Jewellery uses Australia Post to deliver your package to you within Australia.
We offer a FREE standard shipping Australia Wide for orders over $150 including discounted items.
If your parcel is not collected within one week of receiving the collection card you may be charged a fee to collect your parcel from your local Australia Post office outlet. This collection fee is not the responsibility of Christelle Jewellery. If you do not choose ‘Signature on Delivery’ and the parcel has been signed for upon checking the www.austpost.com/tracking it will not be the responsibility of Christelle Jewellery to replace any lost item or track the item with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We use Australia Post to ship customer packages internationally. NZ shipping $25.00 for registered and trackable postage is delivered between 3-10 days from Australia Post after dispatch from Christelle Jewellery.
NZ shipping $55 for express registered and trackable postage is delivered between 2-4 days per Australia Post after dispatch.
Shipping to other countries may vary and will be limited, please check availability prior to checkout. Duties and taxes will be added to your package depending on the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and will not be included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars.
CHANGE OF MIND, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
To ensure our customers are happy with their purchases we offer change of mind returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, or receipt of delivery. This excludes our custom made orders.
For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings (post and clip-ons), including earring in sets, garters, items purchased in multi-buy offers must be returned with all items purchased under the offer, as we do not offer partial returns.
PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

We do not offer refund or exchange on custom made orders or backorder items.
All items eligible for return must be in original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.
Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed.
All refunds will be credited to their original method of payment.
If the original transaction included the use of a gift card as a payment method, the same amount will be credited back to a gift card.
Item(s) must be returned by the same method of purchase
All sale items are eligible for an exchange only under the terms stated above.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your item(s) is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange only with proof of purchase . We will require photo/video evidence of the item to be sent to info@christellejewellery.com.au
RETURNING BY POST/SHOWROOM
If your item/s is found to be faulty, we will cover the postage cost. However, our items are checked carefully and well packaged to prevent any damage during delivery.
Please contact us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to have your exchange or refund approved prior to returning the item/s.
