Shipping & Returns Policy

Any orders made between the 24rd December 2024 and the 4th January 2025 will be processed and fulfilled from the 6th January 2025. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1 to 7 days. You'll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all Australian deliveries. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150, including discounted items. If a parcel is not collected within one week, you may incur a fee, which is not the responsibility of Christelle Jewellery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via Australia Post.

  • NZ standard shipping: $25 (3-10 days after dispatch).
  • NZ express shipping: $55 (2-4 days after dispatch).

For other countries, shipping fees and delivery times vary. Duties and taxes may apply and are payable upon delivery.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you and provide an estimated delivery time. We'll proceed with your permission if stock is unavailable at the time of your order.

 

RETURN POLICY CHANGE OF MIND, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To ensure our customers are happy with their purchases we offer change of mind returns within 7 days from the date of purchase, or receipt of delivery. This excludes our custom made orders. For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on earrings (post and clip-ons), including earring in sets, garters, items purchased in multi-buy offers must be returned with all items purchased under the offer, as we do not offer partial returns.

PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED.

If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on info@christellejewellery.com.au We do not offer refund or exchange on custom made orders or backorder items. All items eligible for return must be in original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached. Customer contact details (order number, first name, surname) are required for any refunds or exchanges to be processed. All refunds will be credited to their original method of payment. If the original transaction included the use of a gift card as a payment method, the same amount will be credited back to a gift card. Item(s) must be returned by the same method of purchase All sale items are eligible for an  exchange only under the terms stated above.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item(s) is faulty, we will happily refund or exchange only with proof of purchase . We will require photo/video evidence of the item to be sent to info@christellejewellery.com.au

RETURNING BY POST/SHOWROOM

If your item/s is found to be faulty, we will cover the postage cost. However, our items are checked carefully and well packaged to prevent any damage during delivery. Please contact us between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday to have your exchange or refund approved prior to returning the item/s.
